Step 2: Cutting the top and bottom end-caps (yes that's my Lab lovingly posing for the picture. Heck can you tell this is a 25.5" circle?)

measure
2wice cut once!!! (that's me)
Step 3: Cutting the holes for Port and Driver. (see the custom V shape on the bottom end-cap? That's where I'm going to build a box to hold the Amplifier... It should be pretty neat effect). Box pic is in the middle. Pic of me posing on the right.

Step 4: Drill and place t-nuts for Driver, and attach the Port. (my rule= lots of goop is good)

Step 5: Paint and attach the top end-cap. (the paint is grey primer + a stone spraypaint stuff... I was looking for a neat stone-like effect... It should turn out okay) Notice the view from my back-porch.. an ideal setting for a project like this. (Far right= closeup of Harlans goo rule)

Step 6: Bottom Attachment and Tempest Prep. Notice the Parallel Wiring (+ to +, - to -) this puts the tempest in a 4ohm configuration: ideal for my 250 Watt AVA250 amplifier.

Step 7: Final Paint Job. Placement of Wrap around the tube...

Conclusion: Not the prettiest thing in the world... but not too bad. It looks better in real life :) It sounds better too.
